Refinance with an institutional lender of four commercial and residential mixed use properties on the lower east side of Manhattan in the amount of $28,000,000.00.

MULTI-TIER JOINT VENTURE

Represented a client in its capacity as both an investor member and preferred equity member in a complex multi-tiered transaction with a $16,000,000 purchase price, and involving a joint venture among several investors with conflicting interests, a developer and multiple loft law tenants in Brooklyn.
